TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All prices quoted are subjected to prevailing GST rates.
• Please place your order at least 5 working days in advance prior to function date. All booking is subject to availability.
• All amendments must be made 3 working days before the function date, last minute changes are not allowed.
• An administration charge of $50.00 will be charged upon any changes made to your confirmed order.
• Any cancellation after confirmation, will be charged at 50% invoice amount
• Any cancellation after confirmation (within 3 days before event), will be charged at 80% invoice amount
• Any cancellation after confirmation (within 1 day before event), will be charged at 100% invoice amount
• The management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.
• For all online orders, our friendly staff will contact you within 3 working days.
• Order is confirmed only if we have received the signed confirmation form (to be sent via email/fax)
• We provide approximately 10% buffer for all ordered quantity.
• For buffet orders with 2 staples (i.e. Rice and Noodle), servicing quantity is approximately 60% each for the order amount.
• We provide 1 Buffet line per 200 pax order. Additional Buffet line setup is chargeable for less than 200 pax order.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
• Delivery charge of $50 (Buffet Catering) and $30 (Packed Meal & Mini Buffet) is applicable for all orders.
• For delivery to Offshore islands (eg. Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas South or Lim Chu Kang), additional delivery charges of $20.00 is applicable.
• For delivery to Central Business District, additional charges of $15 is applicable
• Our delivery time is between 8.30AM to 7.00PM and latest collection time is 9.00PM
• An overtime charge of $30.00/hour will be levied for collection/delivery between 9.01PM to 8.29AM
• Surcharge of $20 per level will be levied for setup venues without lift access
• If there’s a change in venues without lift access upon delivering, surcharge of $25 per level will be levied
• Delivery time allowance of approx. 45min grace period before or after the expected time due to unforeseen traffic conditions, security and parking. • During festive periods (CNY, X’mas & Lunar 7th Month), all charges will be based on prevailing festive rate • If there’s no stated collection time, we will typically collect around 3-4 hours after event ready time
IMPORTANT NOTE • All online menus are not applicable for contractual orders. Please contact our service hotline (65898855) for alternative menus. • Buffet Catering & Packed Food – Food to be consumed within 2 Hours upon arrival time.
• Due to SFA regulations, no take-away boxes to be provided.
• Due to fire and safety concerns, the caterer will not be liable for any damages or injury from shifting or misuse of catering equipments.
• Strictly NO Non-Halal food or beverage are allowed to be placed on top of all catering tables or assets at all times.
• Customers are liable for any loss of catering equipment due to negligence or misuse • The above T&C are valid for general orders. For orders from our contracts, charges will be as per contractual agreement.
